The program emphasizes bio-individuality, practical strategies like meal planning and food journaling, and sustainable, flexible approaches to nourish the body and mind.

Living Well

This course centers around God's created rhythms, exploring the spiritual and practical aspects of how believers experience seasonal transitions in life. Transitions such as 

times of growth, change, and loss can become a time of thriving as we learn how God uses these rhythms to transform us.

The course emphasizes a deep understanding of personal and spiritual rhythms, aligning one's life with God's timing and embracing transformation.

The course emphasizes the Holy Spirit's role in bringing about true transformation and that lasting change comes through divine intervention and the renewing of the mind.

Participants are encouraged to embrace God’s guidance in their decision-making processes, aligning their goals and actions with His will, and allowing Him to shape their character and life direction.

Living Whole

The Spiritual Renewal Coaching Program is a five-module journey designed to help you grow closer to God, deepen your faith, and live with greater purpose.

This program combines 

spiritual wisdom

practical coaching, and

personal reflection, supporting your unique path of spiritual renewal.

You will work one-on-one with a professional coach to understand your current spiritual life, discover your spiritual vision, build meaningful spiritual practices, and overcome challenges to maintain lasting growth.

The focus is on developing daily rhythms of grace: through practices of prayer, thoughtful coaching questions, spiritual gifts assessments, and reflective homework.
